A translation that fails because of a problem on our side does not count against your allowance.
Xpic offers a weekly and a yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price of each, in your local currency, and the length of any introductory free trial, are shown in the app on the subscription screen and on the App Store before you confirm any purchase. Those displayed values are authoritative; nothing on this page overrides them.
If a free trial is offered and you accept it, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancelling before the trial ends avoids the charge. If you subscribe before a free trial period has run out, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
All billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details.
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue, approve, or reverse a charge on your Apple ID. If Apple asks us to confirm something about your usage, we will co-operate.
Because Xpic has no account, your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and to the installation on your device. Use Restore purchases on the subscription screen after reinstalling or moving to a new device. If your entitlement does not come back, contact support.
We may change plan structure, prices, or included limits. Apple notifies you of a price increase and asks for your consent before it takes effect; if you do not consent, the subscription does not renew. Changes to the free allowance apply going forward and will not retroactively remove translations you have already paid for.
